Verizon won’t replace defective new pgone

Purchased a new iPhone from Verizon on April 3, 2025.  Within a week I contacted Verizon to let them know the Bluetooth wasn’t working.  That started a long series of telephone calls in which tech support tried to figure out what was wrong with the phone.  One rep said take it to a nearby corporate store where they will replace it for free because you are within the first 30 days.  Did that.  Corporate store laughed and said pound sand, we won’t help you.  I call Verizon.  Next rep wants me to return the phone to the store where I purchased it.  Did that.  Store laughed and said pound sand.  Finally, when I was two days beyond the 30 days, Verizon said you are too bad!   I’ve faithfully paid my bill for a solid 14 years.  Now thinking of call news channel 3 On Your Side to give Verizon some much needed exposure.
