Does anyone have Visual Voicemail issues? My Visual Voicemail has no messages. When I hit *86, I have 17 voicemails. It’s terrible!!!
I call Verizon every 2 months and they are no help. One time they had a VP call me back and tell me that my phone was one of a few that was having this problem and they are working on it. That was over a year ago.
Does anyone have any suggestions? The only thing that I can think of is to give up, change carriers and start new?
