Voice and Data Signal Loss

For past 24 hours I have been having low voice and data signal in an area where I normally have a signal (I have a straight line of sight to the tower on the next hill). Is there some network problem? I upgraded to iOS 7, but the problem didn't happen immediately at all so I don't think it's that. Zip code is 14817. This is a huge problem for me - I use this phone for work and I can't make any calls without them dropping. I need it fixed asap - or at minimum know what is going on and when it will be fixed.
