In the last few months, voice mails have been significantly delayed in showing up on my phone. Varies from a few hours to a day (most frequently) to up to a month. In addition, visual vm has stopped working for some reason.

Hello! I totally understand the importance of receiving your Voicemail Messages as soon as you get them, as I personally rely on my Voicemail to stay on top of personal and professional VM messages. To better assist you, please tell us a little more. Did you recently switch from Android to iPhone? Is your device software up to date?

I have always had an iPhone. Currently have an XR which is up to date (iOS 16.3.1)

The troubleshooting guide doesn't work. I can't progress past the "Turn off VPN" step. It says "Unable to process your request. Please try again later, or contact us for additional support."

Good morning, I just wanted to check in to see how things are going with your iPhone. Were you able to update the software? You mentioned that Visual Voicemail is not working. Are you experiencing any other issues connecting to data? When using data on your device, are you using cellular or WiFi?
