I can't change voicemail password directly on my new iPhone 6. I receive the message "Voicemail Unavailable. Unable to connect." But I can change the password from the menu after dialing *86. At the same time, I cannot access v-mail from the iPhone screen and I do not receive alerts showing that messages are waiting. Again, I have to dial *86 to hear messages. Help!

DavRehoboth, congratulations on your upgrade to a new iPhone 6. You no longer have to dial *86 to access your voice mail feature since you now have "Visual Voice Mail." All of your previous messages will be transferred to your new Visual Voice Mailbox. For more details regarding how Visual Voice mail, click on http://vz.to/15KVw7K
