Is there a way that we can skip the call information ahead of the message on the voicemails? It takes forever to listen to them before you can save or delete them. It's been like this for over a year now. We used to only here the date and time and if we wanted more information we could press 5, I think.
I tried to change the "envelope" options but I can't get to administrative options by pressing #2, it tells me it's an incorrect key
