I keep getting the "Welcome to the message management system. Please enter your mailbox number." After entering my number I hear "This is not a valid mailbox number. Please try again.
I have experienced this for over a week and have had no success with any of the solutions online. I have an Iphone 13 Pro Max. I switched carriers from Straight Talk to Verizon. What is the solution?
Sounds like the voicemail isn't setup. You might need to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone. Request to have them double check your port was completed fully and then have them reset the voicemail so you can set it up again.
