It's very important you're able to receive voicemails, and it worries us to hear you receive a message stating your voicemail is full when there are no messages in your voicemail box. Voicemails are an important service to communicate, and we will do everything to help. We have some questions to better assist. What is the make and model of your device? When did this issue begin? Thank for those additional details. Let's dig a little more to find a viable solution to your voicemail concern. Please tell me, have you dialed *86 to delete any voicemails that are on the server? When you dial *86, how many voicemails are there?

I'm having this same issue. When I dial #86, it wants a password. But WHAT password?

It is *86 and it wants the voicemail password which is a 4 digit number. You can reset your voicemail password through your MyVerizon account online.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

sstepans, we are here to help! I would be happy to provide the best assistance possible. What type of phone do you have? Have you tried restarting your device after removing Voicemails via *86? Do you currently have Visual Voicemail? MichelleH_VZW

Being able to check your voicemail messages is very important, catlady4849. I am happy to assist. While this is a known issue, there are some details we want to go over with you. When you go into your 'Settings' and then 'General', followed by 'About', what do you have listed for 'Version'? Also, what happens when you dial *86? Do you have any voicemail messages when you dial in?

I have an iPhone 6. I have deleted all messages but three. I deleted the deleted messages. I deleted all blocked numbers. I deleted all missed calls. Still it tells me the mailbox is full when I call my phone. What gives?
