I recorded a voicemail greeting to indicate a company I was with. I’ve left the company and recorded a new greeting. The new greeting will work for 15 mins, and then it reverts back to my old company greeting. I’ve also tried setting it to the default greeting. But again, it ends up reverting back to the greeting I no longer want to use.
I’ve gone into 2 Verizon stores and had 3 different calls with tech support. Nothing has helped.
I’m completely at a loss and need to get this old company name off my voicemail as soon as possible.

Having had to make a few voicemails myself over the years, I get wanting to make sure yours is staying up to date. The first thing to check, would be is the proper steps to replace the voicemail greeting being used?
