Is it possible to change the number of rings before an incoming call goes to voicemail on the iPhone 5s?

No, it's set by the Verizon system at 30 seconds.

Great question, barbgt! We are unable to change the ring. The standard is normally 6 rings but it may vary depending on the signal strength. Is there any issue with the amount of time that it rings?
