Phone is functioning well except when you wait to leave a voicemail it says the phone is disconnected or no longer in service

Just started saying phone is disconnected instead of recording message. Everything else works. Have changed nothing.
Good day, Complex1. We know how important it is to have a working voicemail. Let's reset the connection to the network and test. To do this, power the phone off for 2 full minutes, then power it on and call *86 to access the voicemail. Are you able to access the voicemail system?
