I get greatly delayed voicemails up to a few days - rediculous . Yes my iPhone 13 is updated.
We want you to get your voicemails quickly without any delay. When did you start having problems with those voicemails? If you dial *86, are you able to locate voicemails not showing up in your Visual Voicemail?
We also recommend troubleshooting using this link: https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/nos/ui/troubleshooting/acss/apple-iphone-13#/ There's an option for "Visual voicemail messages are delayed" that will be able to help you.
