Switched from AT&T to Verizon about 2 months ago & I regret it 1000% !! calls DROP ALL THE TIME , INTERNET DOESNT WORK when im off wifi ! SOS MODE is always popping up !!

You mentioned that you are experiencing an issue with calls and data. Is this happening at a particular location? Can you tell us more about what is going on when data is not working? What do you normally see for your signal indicator?

Hi,
I don't know anything about SOS mode. I do know that every phone should be turned off for a minute or two every week. When it is turned back on, it establishes a new connection, and will reduce a lot of coverage interruption issues. Hope that helps you, but it sounds like you may have a completely different issue related to the SOS thing.
