Hello! My iPad won’t charge or barely charges. I did all the trouble-shooting except updating the software because I can’t get it charged enough (20%) to update. I think my iPad is defective and I’m wondering if there’s a warranty on purchase and if it will cover this. I have had it less than a year. Thank you!
