Was/Is there an outage in Anaheim, CA?

That is what Verizon Wireless <[email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]>'s 12:31 PM PDT e-mail said earlier:

"... We’re currently experiencing a wireless network disruption in Anaheim, CA, see additional details below.

Network disruption details:

City: Anaheim, CA

Service(s) impacted: Voice, Data & Text Start time: 08/28/23 - 11:20 AM PDT

Estimated time to restore: 12 - 14 hours..."

I logged in and checked, but the web site said the link is no longer valid (expired maybe) or don't have access (have manager access, but not owner access in the old legacy family plan). I also don't see any network status details in both of my logged in My Verizon iOS app and web site.
