Was told that my daughter's phone was free; suddenly $599 on bill over 36 months

Very tired of the Verizon bait and switch method. I did a call while my wife was at the store with the retail salesperson and the outright lied about the deal. After financing three $800 iPhone 12's, where do you go to escape the dishonest business practices of Verizon. I went back to them with cable and internet a few years ago. They will slap charges on your bill and leave you to clean up the mess. Suggestions? We were fooled here yet again....lying sales people...very angry right now. It was a phone that was not supported anymore and this was "the solution" according to the lying salesperson. Will anyone in corporate listen? Where do I go?
