I’ve been on the phone for hours talking to representatives regarding a weak signal. I’ve done resets and everything else. Now I was told that a ticket was created yesterday and that it could take 3-5 days before the issue is resolved. Calls are being dropped when I talk to clients and some are going straight to vm. As a result of my phone not ringing I missed to client referrals just today and I’m losing money. Has anyone else has this issue. I need to know if I should switch carriers today or tomorrow or what the issue may be. I can’t afford to miss calls for another week.

Hello Aziza728, we're concerned to learn that you're losing money, and we'd love to help. The last thing we want is to lose you as a customer. As you wait for our network technicians to get the weak signal issue resolved for you, have you tried using Wi-Fi Calling?

No. I didn’t know that was an option.

What exactly happens when you attempt to activate WiFi Calling? An iPhone will require some 4G LTE signal for the initial connection.
