What does the number that commences with 003 in the from column represent?

When checking the numbers that have sent texts, I have noted several numbers that commence with 003 in the from column.  These three digits do not represent an area code, so I was wondering what the number represents.  Example:  003-266-XXXX.

They are messages sent to/from destinations over the internet, used by apps/programs rather than an an area code/number assigned only to one phone.

32665 is Facebook  - FBOOK - so my guess would be Facebook messenger texts.
