I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer now for 18 years! Over the past 8+ months I have been noticing my service dropping a ton of calls. I pay a premium for my cellular service. I use my cell phone for business and my phone constantly drops calls. So far I’ve been able to pin point it to when it happens, it’s Verizon to Verizon calls. I have a cell tower across from my house. I’ve been to the store multiple times and have gotten no where. The store informed me to call #611 which I did and then had to march right back to a store for a new SIM card. Now they are telling me it’s my device! My phone (Apple iPhone 10XS) is not very old (1.5 years old). Anyone else having these issues. About 5 others of my friends are experiencing the same thing. Please help before I change to another provider this week!
I have full service then it drops to 0 bars. Phone says call failed. I’m losing my patience quickly with Verizon!
Been having same problem got new sim card no difference. Get excuses like you have must be only my device i.e buy a new phone nobody else has reported this no known outages etc past month alone many have reported on here signal issue but no help at all from Verizon I had few tickets created first got ignored the other two just got script auto reply probably got tree buildings time of day blah blah get told last week a tech would actually go to tower and fix it still not fixed
I am having same problem. Can hardly get through a conversation without disconnection. I would like to hear directly from Verizon myself.
