What is an iPhone 11 VZ-E

My granddaughter is having cellular connection problems that Verizon has been unable to fix. I was checking the devices on my account (we have a Family Account) and it said that she had an iPhone 11 VZ-E. My son also has an iPhone 11, but there is no VZ-E identifier listed. Does anyone know what this identifier is?

Hey, BubblePuppy7. We're sorry to read about the issues your granddaughter has been experiencing with her connection.

The iPhone 11 is a dual SIm device, which means she can have a physical SIM card or digital SIM. The "-E" indicator means her digital SIM card is active as opposed to the physical SIM card: https://www.verizon.com/support/esim-activation-instructions/ Could you please tell us more about the services (voice, text, data) that are affected on her phone? When did this start?
