What should I do if I returned my device but forgot to erase the data on it?

i sent in my iphone 6s for a trade-in but i forgot to reset the phone and erase the data, please help

I understand you concern with having your information still on the phone. You could try try signing into icloud.com, if the device is still register. You can remote wipe the device through Find My iPhone.

The only thing you can do is to log in your iCloud.com.
