I tried restarting my phone, resetting my network settings and various other things. This is extremely fustrating because my data reset yesterday and when viewing MyVerizon app, it also says the data has been reset.
We know its important to have control over what apps use date on your phone paulina_minucci. Do you have this issue with all apps or just 3rd party apps, or stock apps?

Having the same issue. Is there any other fix then loosing all setup???? I tried the soft restart and the network restart. The other iphone in the family has the same issue.......
