Is there an email or address to file a complaint against a Verizon supervisor?

I don't want to share personal details but the supervisor was rude, talked over me, refused to help, and then hung up on me.

I've been a customer since you were Airtouch cellular in the late 1980's. I have never been treated so poorly.

I  spent over $2200 buying two new iPhone 15 pro max phones. During this online transaction,  I asked the agent if there was a prepayment penalty, I was told NO by the Verizon online agent. Turns out there IS! The full retail price will be due, not the online special price I purchased them at.

The supervisor told me too bad because I didn't ask the right question

She said I needed to be more specific when I asked if there was a prepayment penalty.

She said I needed to ask: "Do I have to pay full price if I pay these off early."

Now, how would I know to ask THAT question?

A prepayment penalty is exactly that.  A penalty for paying off early.

The online agent should have said, YES, if you pay off early you must pay FULL RETAIL for the PHONES.   He did not tell me that and I have his chat history saved.

I do not think it is right to mislead a customer that way.

Telling me I didn't ask the right question was a slap in my face.

Plus, she was overly rude. Pull the recorded line and listen in.

I was misled, mistreated, and disrespected as a 40+ year customer

Are you still ignoring me?

This is now over a week old. Where do I file a complaint? I gave you the details and now you ignore my request. Wow. What a joke

Laughable…I provided my information over and over and over again. Each time I called or chatted your support team wanted me to review the details again. Hour and hours of chats and phone calls. All just a waste of time. I told the last person all my information is in the system but she just kept asking me to tell her. I was adamant about not going through it all again - and suddenly started reading information from my previous conversations. That conversation ended with her telling me a supervisor would call me.
I was told this same thing in earlier discussion.

I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THAT CALL.

I decided to switch to another provider.

My advice…

After 29 years with Verizon I have decided to switch to another provider. It’s nothing new to say that Verizon customer service is beyond bad.
I could write a long story to share my most recent experience with Verizon over the past several weeks - but I’m just exhausted from whole ordeal.

I’m not naive I already know that the provider I’m going to has a less than perfect customer service department but there is one big difference. The new provider is saving me more than $150/month. ***Note: I have already talked to several people who have this provider I’m switching to and they say they haven’t experienced any issues with calls or slow data.

My suggestion to Verizon customers…don’t put up with their nonsense.

1. Save your sanity, don’t believe anyone or anything they say.

2. Save yourself a lot of money - switch to another provider, you will most likely discover Verizon has been a waste of money.

We appreciate your years of service and want to make sure your voice is heard. You mentioned that you are looking ot submit feedback on a supervisor. Was this a conversation that took place in a store or over the phone? Do you have details on the supervisor's name? Earlier you mentioned you were not looking to share personal details. Are you open to letting us access your account so we can review details?
