Why am I not receiving incoming calls?

I activated my phone 3 days ago and everything seems to be fine except I'm not getting any incoming calls. Text, email both work and I can make outbound calls but nothing rings thru. Help!!!

Have you contacted Apple you have free phone support for 60 days i think. They run diagnostic on your phone 1-800 MY APPLE (775-8098) or contact them via of chat

I had to turn my phone off completely and turn it back on.  I have to do this a lot lately.

Hello. Have you reset your network settings to ensure your device is refreshed with our network and you're not connected to Wi-Fi when making calls? TaylorH_VZW
