Why can't i receive texts when I don't have data?

Hello dirtndrag. Let's get your text mesages flowing in again stat! I realy heavily on my own texts to communicate properly. I see you have the iPhone 6. When did this problem begin? Is this issue happening with all types of phones or only iPhones? Is this happening in a  specific zip code? Share details. Thanks in advance.

turn off your imessages. imessages works more like an instant messenger (relying on data) between iphones. to force all messages to come through as text messages go to settings > messages > turn iMessage off
