We never like to learn that calls are dropping, Karencsw. We do want to make sure that your calls stay connected. Are you only having issues while at home? How far would you need to travel before you notice you can stay connected to a phone call? Are you having issues with sending/receiving text messages and using cellular data?
having the same issues. Seems like the upgrade to 5G was very premature for Verizon. There are known areas with rolling coverage gaps they seem to not be able to address. I am a customer of about 20 years with Verizon and I’m just about done. Haven’t moved, just upgraded to 5G and found that I am having the same issues as many other members of our community.
