Why did my order say it was shipped, last night it was in My Verizon and everything. I could not track it though. I looked this morning and Im still unable to track it and it is no longer in my orders, it says nothing has been shipped in the last 21 days.

Verizon what's going on with you guys? I already had to order again because somehow the person that helped me order it the first time CANCELLED my order. I've been waiting since OCTOBER 14th!! C'mon.
