One of the iphone 6 in our family has a habit of going straight to voicemail without ringing. Sometimes if you call right back it will ring. All the settings have been checked and double checked. And other phones in the house have the same settings with no problem.
Sounds like do not disturb is on. A ring back from the same number in 15 minutes will ring through.
Turn it off in settings, or from the home screen, swipe up to access the command center. The blue crescent moon means it's on.
