Looking for some advice if anyone can help...I'm desperate. I live in a condo with pretty much zero service. I have used WiFi calling on my Verizon account for the last 4 years or so on 3 different iPhones and many different iOS releases. With almost no issues. Last night a call dropped while wifi calling was active, and I have not been able to get it to activate since. My Iphone X was on iOS12.X, and I have updated to 13.3. I have also done the following:
All basic steps, turning wifi calling on and off, airplane mode, sim card, cellular data etc...
Reset Network Settings
Reset All Settings
Spent 2 Hours on phone with Verizon support today (they were VERY helpful) including a network specialist. They rebuilt the connection to the tower 3 times along with a ton of other stuff.
I have factory defaulted and restored to backup 3 times
Factory Defaulted and setup as new phone twice - It won't switch over to WiFi calling even on a new clean phone boot
I work in tech/AV, and have updated firmware on router and access point (Luxul Epic4 & Rukus R310) and checked throughput from both the iPhone end and from the AP UI.
Verizon is convinced it is a software issue on the iPhone, but since I cannot even factory default it and setup new and get it to work I am confused. Also, I can make WiFi calls on my computer from the same network. And I have tried all steps above on other networks.
Thanks!
