We will be more than happy to go through some steps to make sure that any issues are resolved. How long has this been happening for? Can you please describe what happens that tells you that the Verizon Wireless network is not working on your device when Wi-Fi is not available? When you go to Settings and tap onto Cellular, is your Cellular Data switch enabled? BrettA_VZW
