I don't think anyone knows the answer to this question.   Apple doesn't post inventory for the general public to view.  But what I do know is that the local Apple Stores in my are no longer accepting appointments for tomorrow if that's an indication...

I believe initially they all will have the base models in all colors. The higher models in the dark gray. If you want the other colors you will have to wait. When the craze slows down and Apple has more free inventory that's when carriers will have all I stores but in a limited quantity.
