Verizon has gone downhill fast. I had a phone under warranty from November 2024 which means it ends November 2025. The phone stopped turning on. They replaced that phone with a refurbished phone and within less than a week it wouldn’t hold a charge. Now they are saying that it isn’t under warranty???? Like what, you all just replaced my phone with a dud phone. I finally got a manager named Edward who said he would create a cln report to start over and send the replacement phone and he would called us by eod today. That never happened. He actually filled out a fraud report. I’ve been through multiple reps in which none of them have a clue what is going on. Now I’m told I have to wait 6 days for another replacement. You all stink!!!!!! I’ve been a customer for 20 years. You don’t deserve my loyalty.

Just an FYI, but "CLN" stands for "certified like new" replacement. Which means, it's not really a new phone. If Verizon won't replace the replacement, I'd check with a repair shop on how much a battery replacement costs, especially if you have insurance.
