We have 7 phones and 2 Ipad with this company and when my grandson's iPhone 6's battery gave out I sat for 5 hours and had to repeatedly explain what was wrong and what troubleshooting to completed 3 times...we got the run around people would stop talking and stop talking....I can't believe this treatment!!! I'm moving everything to TMobile!!!
