Worst Customer Service I have ever had

this probably will not work but I am DONE with trying to get someone to talk to over the phone or chat that can actually do something at this company. Worst customer service ever for someone that has been a customer for 20+ year - lies and complete incompetence - if a manager sees this how about actually responded...
