Xbox purchases leave me with only 3g or 1x

I used my Verizon phone number to make purchases on my Xbox1 and since then have only been allowed to get 1x and 3g it fluctuates and I have not been able to receive or send texts. How do I get my lte back and how do I get my texts to work. I have an IPhone Xs.
