We value your business as a customer for 20 very long years! It worries us to hear that you are having issues with your service. Have you tried to restart your device to see if the issue continues Is there a particular time of the day when you are having this issue? DavidR_VZW

luetch, what type of devices do you have? Have there been any changes to your service or any changes to the area such as construction? Do you have roaming enabled on your devices?

We know how important it is to stay connected. Have you attempted a network settings reset? This will refresh your connection to our tower. If you're not familiar with this reset, please see this link for the steps: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-207110/ .

I’m in 55347 and also dropped reception from usually full 4 bars to now 1 or 2 only for several weeks now. Many calls won’t connect or miss so many. iPhone XR on ios14.6

I'm in Memphis, TN and it's the same here. I've also had Verizon for 20 years. Places in my home where I've always had 4 bars are down to 1 or 2 much of the time.

Sadly, this is more and more common everyday. When I switched to Verzion a few years, the service was great. Seemingly, it has has deteriorated over time, and they don't seem interested in fixing it.
