Is the cost of the full retail price worth the benefits of the iPhone5 as opposed to your iPhone4s? I don't have an iPhone, but that is the 1st question I would ask myself.
You might want to wait until the iPhone 5 and it's features are officially announced to decide if getting it and paying whatever it's full retail price is worth it to you. If you're one of those people that have to have the latest no matter how small the upgraded features are then waiting to find out won't matter to you. Ultimately, it doesn't matter what any of our opinions are...you are the only one that can decide if the desire to own the iPhone 5 is worth the cost.
well itll be like upgrading thru verizon cause ill get 350 or 400 for it and i got unlimited data so it wont be that bad money wise bout same as upgrading with verizon
It remains to be seen what the full retail price of the iPhone 5 will be (we don't know what capacities will be available, if the FRP will be higher or the same as current models) but I do recall that when the 4s came out there were posts by many that complained that the full retail price was $50 cheaper through Apple than it was through VZW...may or may not be the case. Either way, if you sell your current iPhone and get a decent price for it then it definitely softens the blow of whatever the full retail price is...and may make it equal to what you would pay for an upgrade if you were eligible for it. What I meant was if whatever the iPhone 5 has to offer feature wise was worth the price...something that only you could decide as it applies to you. Again, if ultimately you don't care what the differences are as long as you have the latest iPhone available then waiting to make your decision is mute. See whatever the person that wants to buy your phone is willing to pay you and then check and see if that is the best price you could get for it (you can check what the current going rates are on sites like Ebay and any of the sites that offer to buy electronics)...that is if you really care about getting the most for it.
