If I call a number that I have blocked, will the number I call show on my call log or will it be called unknown or blocked number?
A block does not prevent you from contacting the number, it prevents that number from getting through to YOU. It would show on logs if the call was answered or a text was sent, yes. With the number blocked, you would not see any replies.
