There are several threads on this. You can try looking at those threads to see if any of the suggestions will work for you (some have stated that the suggestions don't work). The usual suggestions are reset/restart/restore your device or try dialing *228 and choosing option 2 to see if that helps. The other threads may have additional suggestions.
