Somebody tries to call me when I am on the phone. I see the person's name, however instead of going to voice mail they get "call can't be completed now, please try your call again later". It has happened to multiple people.

I'm sorry for the issues you are having receiving calls. Can you make calls ok? Which make and model device do you have? What zip code are you having this issue in? Does it only happen with one specific contact?
