Activated a new Iphone 6+ on one of my lines today. Worked fine up until about an hour ago. Cant make or receive calls. Cant access chat online because it is closed. How do You get some help in this situation?
My phone is my connection to the outside world too, Youngevity-True2Life. I feel stranded when it’s not working. Let’s investigate to figure out why it stopped working and how we can get this working moving forward. Is this a new phone number provided by Verizon Wireless, or did the number get ported in from another carrier? What recording do you hear when you try to make a call? Are your other phones working?
