cannot send text even tho i could yesterday gets error message "undeliverable

its the SMS texts and its not all contacts but a lot of them my zip code is 66208.

I triedb resetting the network settings but still have the same problems

also when I am away from home the wifi says it is not connected

WiFi will not be connected unless you are having access to it.

Although there is free WiFi it does not stay connected all the time outside your home network.

Settings-imessage 

Make sure the send as text/SMS/MMS is on.

Also

Settings-cellular

Make sure that is set to on even if on WiFi.
