I asked for help on here and no one would come to my rescue to help activate a eSIM for a iPhone that I requested help for, why why why am I not receiving the best help/customer service like I should be receiving as expected, I just don’t get it, y’all want me to hav me service with y’all but y’all don’t wanna help me when you supposed to provide customer service 24/7, Do I need to switch carriers if that’s the case, if so then fine, been asking for help since Tuesday on here and no one would respond.

My phone just stopped working today and does not have any connection to the Verizon Network. I can send and receive iMessages and that is it. If I try to make a call, it will say call failed, and when people try to call me, it goes straight to VM. It keeps switching from having bars to SOS. I have rebooted my phone multiple times and done all of the troubleshooting.

Hey there I’m good now as I don’t have that iPhone SE anymore as it was sent off yesterday to go on to the warehouse for account credit to be applied to my account once it is received and assessed, I look forward to receiving that little credit of only $115 to be applied to my account, so now I have the 14 pro max phone on my account and I love it better than that SE I gots to say

Uh I need to request a SIM Card as a new device I am wanting to activate on my account as the new device requires a SIM Card in it as it is a all new unlocked phone from a retail store and the phone is new and not used, so if I can please get some help to request a new SIM Card be sent to me to use in new device, I'd appreciate that and the device that is currently on my account is in the process to be sent to warehouse to do away with it so I can have a different device to start using so please help me to get a SIM Card get sent to me to use on the new device and the device is a  Motorola Moto G 5G 2023 device as it is unlocked to work on different carriers from GSM to CDMA,

Everything is now normal about my phone and stuff, the connection is working perfectly fine now, the calls now going through as I took my phone to a store and got help in person, I can now see service bars and not SOS anymore, all of the troubleshooting is fixed
