I have had the exact issue. I saved the original email sent by verizon offering the cyber Monday deal. I also printed out a copy of the online order. I have called 5 times without resolution, they only want to credit me $5/month when the deal offered was $5/month total. I was told today the promotional department denied my claim.

Has anyone received any resolution to this problem?
