ordered a 16 pro max on 9/1 3 with a delivery date of 10/4, still haven’t received it. this is ridiculous i’ve reached out to multiple agents and have heard nothing and have got absolutely no updates. haven’t gotten a reason why either. i don’t know why im seeing people order the same model and getting it a few days later while i sit and wait for almost a month now of no updates. it’s actually insane and the customer service is terrible. same thing happened last time i pre ordered the new iphone, definitely won’t do it again.
