does my insurance cover a cracked screen?

Dropped my phone and shattered the screen, I've heard that screens are covered... but then heard there is a deductible.  Anyone know for sure?

Oh no mark3a1! I am sorry to hear you broke your phone. I am glad to hear that you do have insurance! Here http://vz.to/1ybwifl is where you can find out what your deductible is.

What insurance do you have?  Is it Total Equipment Coverage?

If you have insurance you should be okay...but yes, there will be a deductible.

I have the extended warranty on my Motorola One 5G.

I went to file a claim and it said that I'm not enrolled in the extended warranty coverage.

I pay an extra $4.15 a month and it won't let me file

Jace2015 We want to help you with your question regarding your device. Warranty will only cover your device in the event of failure due to a manufacturing defect. It will not cover any damage to the device.. ~Peter
