I've called support twice regarding dropped calls.- once out of state and once at my home. Both times after hours on the phone with support, they acknowledge that I diffidently have a problem with the service going in and out. Calls with support dropped numerous time. I was told that it had to be my phone and multiple adjustments and suggestions were made. I am still having dropped calls after 2 weeks.
It is not my phone. I've had conversations with multiple Verizon customers and they are having the same problem. So that means that all of our phones bad? Come one Verizon, give us a better answer.

I suggest filing a complaint with the FCC
