2 weeks ago my cell phone started dropping calls and/or the party on the other line hears every other word I say.

No changes to computer, wifi, cell.
No other issues except for the cell phone issues.
Two weeks is a long time to be dealing with dropped calls and poor call quality, boathouse6. I know I expect my calls to be crystal clear when I am speaking to others, and we're happy to help. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us so that we can gather some additional details.

I have noticed the same problem on my phone for the past 3 weeks. Two other people in my neighborhood also have the problem. Calls drop in mid callI try to call back and it won't connect. I have to switch airplane mode on and off then can make a call again. Is this a problem in my location that Verizon is aware of and fixing?
