I am having an issue with my phone 14 dropping the call with only one person in my contacts list (on Saturday it dropped 13 times).. And also I've noticed only 1-2 bars in my home. I have done all of the suggested "fix-it's" that I could find. I called Customer service, they advised that none of the towers in the area are down, they even checked the address of where my contact is and their towers weren't down either. they reset my network settings on their end, and also had me do the same, my phone has been restarted numerous times. I've tried putting it airplane mode and taking it off of airplane mode. I've even deleted the contact and re-added it to see if there was a glitch. I have been with Verizon for years, but if this is the service that they are going to offer I'm going to check other carriers. Is anyone else having this issue and can you offer any advice on how to fix it?
