Can someone tell me how to get Verizon to listen to their customers.  Iphone14 completely paid for, and esim #2 is locked and I cannot get Verizon to unlock some 60 day rule?  No FCC 60 day rule, a verizon rule.  Paid for but no service?

Thank you for reaching out to us today. We want to make sure that you are able to use your device in any way you want. Our devices will get automatically unlocked 60 days after purchase and activation. You can view the infomation here. https://www.verizon.com/about/consumer-safety/device-unlocking-policy  If it has been longer than 60 days and your device is still showing locked, we  can review your account to make sure all requirements have been met. Let us know if this helps. ~Roger
